Lyven offers free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Delays
Lyven is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed please contact us at shoplyven@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days at shoplyven@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
